Seminar Title: Disentangling the association between physical activity and mental health in youth with neurodevelopment disabilities

Session Outcomes & Discussion Topics:
1. Describe the prevalence of mental health issues in neurodiverse individuals.
2. Discuss existing literature on the mental health benefits of physical activity in children and youth with neurodevelopmental conditions, including Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
3. Discuss preliminary findings from a micro-longitudinal study examining how daily variations in physical activity impacts daily mood in children and youth with Cerebral Palsy.
